About the Exhibition:

In his solo exhibition titled “Un-Comfortable,” Tadas Adomavičius explores themes of both internal and external discomfort and comfort through digital graphics. The works delve into various psychological states, experiences, thought journeys, and reflections.

“I have always been an observer, not only of others and my surroundings but also of myself. I analyze and delve into various states and moods of mine. I strive to convey all these analyses and reflections in my works. Some pieces depict pain and constraints, while others showcase laughter, self-irony, or sarcasm. There is no drawing that is made spontaneously. All of them are meticulously crafted and refined many times. While drawing, I often experience a form of meditation, immersing myself in fine details. Almost all my works feature a human figure, its silhouette, or a being resembling it. I allow the viewer to momentarily dive into the depths of my subconscious,” says the artist.
