Couples wishing to have a marriage registration ceremony in the Town Hall before departure to the Civil Registry Office must first confirm the date with the person in charge.
For the procedure of marriage registration and submission of applications please contact the Civil Registry Office in the Department of Law of the Vilnius City Municipality: K. Kalinausko g. 21/1 Vilnius, tel. (8 5) 233 5354, email cms@vilnius.lt. After arranging an appointment, an application must be filed in the Town Hall as well (it can be submitted online).

The Civil Registry Office applies an additional public charge of EUR 60 for marriage registration in a specific location.
