Viva Italia! At Vilnius Town Hall – The Renowned Italian Piano Duo Ammara–Prosseda
For more than two decades, the renowned Italian piano duo Ammara–Prosseda has captivated audiences in prestigious concert halls around the world. Since 1999, the two artists, both pursuing distinguished international solo careers, have been performing together as an exceptional piano duo, earning recognition from critics and audiences alike.
Audiences of the International M. K. Čiurlionis Music Festival will have a special opportunity to hear both artists not only as a piano duo, but also as soloists. The programme brings together the dramatic Pages of War by Alfredo Casella, the poetic Impromptus of Franz Schubert, the virtuosic Études of Frédéric Chopin, and one of the great masterpieces of piano ensemble repertoire – Schubert’s Fantasy in F minor for piano four hands.
We invite you to experience the magic of piano artistry – filled with elegance, sensitivity and the joy of musical collaboration.
