We invite you to a special event dedicated to the Day of Freedom from Soviet Occupation. This is a day to remember the tragic history of our nation, to honor the exiles and the fighters for Lithuania’s independence, and at the same time to celebrate the freedom we enjoy today.
On this occasion, the stage will be filled with the vibrant spirit of Lithuanian folklore, presented by student folk ensembles from Vilnius universities:
- Vilnius University Folklore Ensemble Ratilio
- VDU ŠA Song and Dance Ensemble Šviesa
- Lithuanian folk dance ensemble Vingis (TECH University)
Their dances, songs, and music will serve as a living testimony of the nation’s memory and a celebration of freedom.
