August 21, 7 PM, Town Hall Square – a joint concert of Lithuanian and Ukrainian performers dedicated to Ukrainian Independence Day, inviting everyone to celebrate freedom, unite, and show support for a nation that continues to fight.
From the voices of the women’s vocal ensemble from war-scarred Bucha to the vibrant energy of contemporary pop music – the event’s program will cover a full emotional spectrum: from authentic folk roots to classical and modern sounds.
This is more than just a concert – it is a musical expression of solidarity, hope, and strength.

- Kalinovyi Cvit – Women’s vocal ensemble from Bucha, Ukraine (director Oksana Overkivska)
- KARYN and band – One of Ukraine’s brightest contemporary pop artists
- Lithuanian Armed Forces Wind Orchestra (Chief Conductor Maj. Egidijus Ališauskas)
- “Namysto” – Lithuanian Ukrainian folk ensemble (director Halyna Pshenyčkina)
- Eugenijus Chrebtovas – Soloist of the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre (baritone)
This is more than a concert – it is a symbol of unity, a celebration of freedom, and a statement of belief in victory. During the event, a Lithuanian business initiative for the reconstruction of the Bucha school will be presented.
