For the thirteenth consecutive summer, the International Music Festival Vivace Vilnius returns to enchant the city with inspiring concerts and masterclasses dedicated to nurturing the next generation of performers. Each year, under the artistic direction of Eglė Jarkova, the festival welcomes a distinguished lineup of soloists—some already beloved by Lithuanian audiences, others making their long-awaited debut on local stages.

This year, we are especially pleased to welcome to Lithuania for the first time bass-baritone Simon Robinson and pianist Christina Wright-Ivanova. Hailed for the richness of his voice and expressive artistry, Simon Robinson is the winner of the Baroque Opera Competition in Innsbruck (Austria) and has collaborated with renowned conductors including Raphaël Pichon, Helmuth Rilling, and René Jacobs. Christina Wright-Ivanova, a sought-after collaborative pianist, is a trusted partner to vocalists on international concert stages and competitions around the world.

They will be joined by five outstanding vocal soloists from across the globe, accompanied by the exceptional Lithuanian pianist Inga Vyšniauskaitė.

We warmly invite you to a special concert on August 5 at Vilnius Town Hall, where you’ll hear exquisite vocal and piano duets featuring works by Arnold Schönberg, Johannes Brahms, George Butterworth, John Ireland, Charles Wolseley, and others.

An evening where the human voice—often called the most perfect instrument—takes center stage.
